We ship throughout New Zealand and to select international locations. Estimated delivery times and rates are listed at checkout. During peak periods (e.g., sales, launches, holidays), delays may occur. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. You will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
